After running the SQL, you may automatically create an email with predefined text and recipient(s) with as many of the created files you may wish, including the SQLinExcel workbook, Powerpoints, created Excel workbooks and/or created text files.
It is easy to create an email in Outlook as part of the work flow. Press the "Create email" button in SQLinExcel to change the settings.
Also remember that you have the option to attach files you have created or updated in the workflow, indcluding the workbook itself. If you want to attach a text file, the setting is available where you find the other options for creating text files.
